Car Keyz Auto × Genesis Revolution

A full digital team to run Car Keyz Auto

An orchestrator named Super J, plus a team of specialist agents covering sales, finance, legal, sourcing and operations, all working inside a custom CRM and a new website Car Keyz owns from day one.

Overview

Who this is for

A short recap of the discovery call on July 15, so we start from the same picture.

Client
Jeffrey Lemon
Car Keyz Auto · pre-owned dealership + BHPH financing + vehicle rentals · Oklahoma
AudienceIndividuals and families across Oklahoma looking for reliable pre-owned vehicles, flexible in-house financing, and rentals — including first-time buyers and people rebuilding credit
Revenue enginesVehicle sales (pre-owned inventory), Buy Here Pay Here financing income, vehicle rentals, and cross-entity treasury between Car Keyz Auto and Lemon May Enterprises
Where they are todayAnnual revenue between 500K and 1M, team of 3, roughly 50 leads a month with only 8 to 10 qualifying, Jeffrey doing all outreach himself
Current stackDealerCenter as DMS/CRM, Plaid for banking, ChatGPT and Gemini as day to day AI. No automated sales agent, no automated follow up, no treasury automation.
Twelve month goal5.5M in annual revenue, ten salespeople and a sales manager. That means the operation has to scale 5 to 10x without Jeffrey being the bottleneck.
Real bottleneckIn his own words: we can close deals, but it is hard to find qualified customers, and we need stronger salespeople who can consistently follow up, build relationships and turn more opportunities into sales.

Jeffrey said it best on the call: this is not automation, this is intelligent automation. The dealership already closes what walks in. The problem is what does not walk in and what falls through the cracks after the first conversation. Fifty leads a month becoming only eight qualified. Jeffrey doing all outreach himself. No one following up while he is on the lot.

Genesis Revolution installs the operating layer that fixes that. A full digital team led by an orchestrator named Super J takes over sales prospecting, follow up, treasury, sourcing, compliance and content, so Jeffrey and the team of three can focus on closing and running the lot instead of chasing leads.

Genesis Revolution leads the build and hands over the operation with thirty days of training so Car Keyz Auto runs on its own. The domain, the data, the code and the agents are yours from day one.

The model

What we build and run

Three engines calibrated to how Car Keyz Auto actually runs. Nothing generic. Nothing outsourced.

1

Qualified customer inflow

The Sales Agent works Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, hyperlocal channels and inbound calls around the clock, so no lead sits cold and no message goes twelve hours without a reply.

When a customer messages any channel, the Sales Agent replies in under one minute, asks the right qualifying questions for BHPH (budget, trade-in, down payment, credit situation, timeline), and either books a lot visit or routes the deal into the follow up cadence. Round-robin fallback: if a human salesperson does not respond in five minutes, the AI picks up and keeps the lead engaged. The goal is turning 50 monthly leads into 25 to 35 qualified opportunities, not 8 to 10.

2

Follow up and conversion

Every prospect who visited, every applicant who did not close, every renter who might buy — all worked by an automated cadence that keeps the relationship warm without anyone remembering to send the message.

Two day, seven day, thirty day and ninety day sequences per customer segment. BHPH-specific messaging for credit rebuild prospects. Rental-to-own nudges for the Uber and Lyft driver fleet. The dashboard shows every open lead, its last touch and its next scheduled step, so Jeffrey never wonders if someone got dropped.

3

Operational core

Treasury automation across Car Keyz Auto and Lemon May Enterprises through Plaid, autonomous auction bidding at Manheim with a hard cap, legal document drafting for BHPH contracts, and a custom CRM that plugs into the same native APIs DealerCenter uses today, at a fraction of the monthly cost.

When a deposit lands in Car Keyz Auto, the Treasury Agent moves the pre-set percentage to Lemon May Enterprises automatically, with a dual-approval step for any transfer above the threshold you set. When a target VIN goes to auction, the Sourcing Agent bids inside your walk-away price and stops the second the ceiling is hit. When a BHPH contract needs to go out, the Legal Agent drafts it against Oklahoma state requirements. And a live dashboard shows the whole business in one place, so Jeffrey opens one screen instead of four.

The team

Meet Super J and the team

Ten functions run in parallel under one orchestrator you named Super J. He holds the whole picture. The specialists do the work. Jeffrey stays on the closing side and on the lot.

1

Super J · Orchestrator

The alter ego. Holds the full picture of Car Keyz Auto: every lead, every deal in progress, every open loan, every rental agreement, every court case. Reports back to Jeffrey through Telegram in one place. Locked to Jeffrey's Telegram ID so only he can command it.

2

Sales Agent

Works Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, hyperlocal SMS and inbound calls. Replies in under a minute, qualifies for BHPH (budget, trade-in, down payment, credit situation, timeline), books lot visits and moves the lead into follow up. Round-robin fallback if a human salesperson takes more than five minutes to answer.

3

Follow Up Agent

Runs the two day, seven day, thirty day and ninety day sequences by segment: test-drivers who did not close, applicants stuck on paperwork, renters ready to buy, past BHPH customers ready for their next vehicle. Never lets a warm lead go cold.

4

Treasury Agent

Watches every account through Plaid. When a deposit lands in Car Keyz Auto, moves the pre-set percentage to Lemon May Enterprises automatically. Dual-approval for any transfer above the threshold. Every movement logged on the dashboard for the CPA and the audit trail.

5

Sourcing Agent

Scans Manheim Simulcast every morning against your buying filters, calculates projected margin per VIN and delivers the top picks to Telegram before 8am. When you approve a bid, the agent runs the auction inside a hard cap. If a competitor pushes past your walk-away price, it walks away. Ever. That is a code level constraint.

6

Legal Agent

Drafts BHPH contracts against Oklahoma state requirements, TILA disclosures, and the terms Car Keyz already uses today. Flags risky clauses on inbound paperwork. Organizes evidence and timeline for active court cases so you show up to hearings with everything already assembled. Real counsel keeps the sign off.

7

Lender Agent

Submits deals through RouteOne or Dealertrack so United Auto Credit, Credit Acceptance and every other subprime lender Car Keyz uses get the application in one shot. Tracks status, chases missing stipulations, and pings the salesperson the moment a deal funds.

8

Marketing Agent

Writes ads, listing copy, video scripts and social posts. Runs hyperlocal Meta and TikTok campaigns compliant with BHPH advertising rules. Repurposes inventory into short videos so every new arrival gets seen before it hits the lot.

9

Rentals Agent

Runs the rental side end to end. Prospects Uber and Lyft drivers who need a car, quotes weekly and monthly rates, handles the rental agreement, and drops the customer into a rental-to-own nurture so today's renter becomes next year's BHPH buyer.

10

Dashboard Agent

The one screen that shows everything: leads by stage, deals funded, cars on the lot, cars at auction, treasury flow between entities, rentals live, portfolio aging, court cases. Jeffrey opens one URL and sees the whole business, no more four tabs and a spreadsheet.

The website

A new Carkeyzauto.com, plus a private dashboard

A public website customers land on and a private dashboard where Jeffrey sees the whole business in one screen. Both hosted under Car Keyz Auto from day one.

Two surfaces, one operation.

Today Car Keyz Auto's web presence runs inside DealerCenter. That means the site is rented, not owned, and every feature depends on a third party you pay every month. The new site fixes both.

The public side, Carkeyzauto.com, shows inventory, pricing, financing options and a lead form that drops straight into the Sales Agent's queue. Built for mobile-first, Oklahoma-first customers.

The private dashboard, on a subdomain only Jeffrey can access, is where the whole business lives in one screen. Every agent posts its status here. Every deal, every dollar in treasury, every rental, every court case.

  • Carkeyzauto.com rebuilt from scratch on your own domain and hosting
  • Inventory sync from DealerCenter and directly from Manheim purchases
  • Financing application that routes to RouteOne or Dealertrack automatically
  • Rental booking flow for Uber and Lyft drivers with weekly and monthly plans
  • Private dashboard on a subdomain: sales pipeline, treasury flow, portfolio aging, rentals, court cases, agent status
  • Google Drive integration so Super J reads the pricing sheets, lender contacts and legal docs you already keep there
  • Domain, hosting, analytics and code all under Car Keyz Auto from day one
  • Handover documentation so anyone Jeffrey hires can run the website and the agents
